If you’re not satisfied with the land you purchased, we’ll exchange it for another one.

As with everything we do at LANDELLO, our exchange policy is Simple, Affordable, and Transparent.

Simple:

You have 30 days from the Effective Date on your Land Contract to exchange the property you purchased for another one.

Just contact us to make an exchange. The best way to do this is by sending an email to [email protected]

Affordable:

It’s FREE the first time you do an exchange!

Only a $50 administrative fee if you need to exchange it after the first time.

Transparent:

Cash Sales (Paid in Full) are excluded from the exchange policy.

We use the Effective Date of the Land Contract as the start date for the 30-Day exchange period.

The 30-Day exchange period can be used up to three times from the Effective Date of the original contract. The exchange period does not reset each time an exchange is made.

Any money the buyer paid towards the principal balance of the original property will be applied to the principal balance of the exchange property.
